Inserting Column Not Working - for Pro User and Admin
I'm just became a paid Pro user (separate individual monthly account).
A co-worker has an account and created several sheets which have been used for years.
A new sheet was created, and they made me an Admin for the sheet.
When I click dots in column header, and select Insert Column Left, I can enter a column name, and column type. However, when I click Ok, nothing happens, it just stis there.
I noticed also the Insert column button in header is grayed out.
I did close all windows & tabs with smartsheet, and also logged out. Then opened a new window, and logged in, and still cannot insert a column.
If you can help, it would be appreciated, thanks

On a Pro account, you can only be shared to so many sheets (I believe 10) as editor or higher before additional sheets become read only.

Same issue here and no UX components to indicate the issue. Just a clickable button but nothing happens. This is my first sheet I am admin on so it's not an issue of too many shared sheets.

any news on this issue? I am experiencing it as well (the same as @KingAndrew) despite being an Admin… what I can do though is to convert a formula cell into a column (as an Admin can do) or create new conditional formatting rules. It's weird because I am an admin and have these admin capabilities, but column creation and management is precluded to me.
