Creating Sheet from Form

Hi! Is it possible to create a form that will create a new sheet for every form submission? Thanks!

Happy to help!

You're in luck! You can add a default value, and it can be hidden. This allows you to make copies of the form and then update the default value, which would populate a current or new column in the sheet.

No, that is not possible. A form is part of a sheet, and adds a new row to that sheet with each submission.

Yes, but you'd have to use a 3rd-party integration such as Zapier or the Smartsheet API.

Thanks Andree.

I am not sure. I have setup a sheet and a form, they are working well but I will need to duplicate these and make a slight change to each. 

For example I need to use a separate form for each company to send us some data. If I duplicate the form, it keeps all of the changes I have made. However if I save the sheet as a new sheet and create as new form I need to edit the form and add in all of the changes again - logo etc.

Unless there is a way to add another field on the sheet which tells me which form the data is coming from?
