Help with nested If formula

Try something like this.

=IF([Current Training Completed]@row = "Yes", IF([Chair/Vice Chair Requested Training]@row = [Current Training]@row, 1, 0)

Hoping to get help with a nested If formula as well.

=IF([Current Training Completed]@row = "Yes", IF(AND([Chair/Vice Chair Requested Training]@row = [Current Training]@row), 1, 0))

The formula works, but when the second IF is true it still returns 0 instead of a 1.

Any ideas?
