Hello,

For some reason, I can't add comments to the DynamicView today. Any idea?

    Hi @maltaee

    Support received a number of reports of the same thing, where  users cannot view or add comments if attachments are not displayed in the View Display settings.

    We're currently investigating this, but in the meantime, you can have Comments appear again by adding in Attachments to the View while we wait for a resolution.

    I'm not sure why I did that solution on Friday, and it worked for me :)

    I still don't want the "attachment" to be visible.

    How do I check on the status of this issue?

    I don't have an ETA for when this may be resolved, but the Engineering team is aware and investigating!

    In the meantime, if you don't want to add Attachments, another alternative would be to add a column titled "Comments" and allow your Dynamic View users to add content into a cell instead.

    The Engineering team has implemented a fix - Dynamic View comments should now be available even when Attachments aren't selected.
