I am unable to edit widgets on a particular dashboard (however am able to on others).

I started having this issue recently. Do you have any suggestions?

    What Sharing Permissions do you have on the Dashboard? Only Admins or Owners can edit widgets.

    I'm an Admin. I've been able to edit it with no problem in the past. This is also happening on some other dashboards, but not all. The owner recently changed, could that be the issue?

    Hi @deb_63_hydracor

    Yes, that could be a factor!

    What plan-type is this new Owner on? If they're on a Pro Plan, you'll need to be licensed on their same plan in order to edit assets (see here).

    If they're on a Business or Enterprise plan, is there any possibility all their content is read-only because they no longer have a license? As long as they still have a license, you should still be able to edit Dashboard Widgets as an Admin.

    If this hasn't helped, can you post a screen capture showing your sharing permissions on one of the Dashboards, but please block out any email addresses showing.
