Sheet Access Changed or something.
Hello , I use smart sheets to do collection's in a construction business. I have a sheet that I use that now says:
" You don't have permission to access this item. Permission settings are preventing access from the item you requested. The item also may have been deleted or the URL may be incorrect."
When I or any of my users click on the request access button it sends me an email that allows me to give access with levels from Admin to viewer. After that it still doesn't open. I have also tried the backup function from the action list in the folder are and the zipped file is empty.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried logging out and then back in again? How exactly are you trying to access the sheet (link on a dashboard, workspace, folder, etc.)?

Hi Paul, Yes, I have logged in and out as well as my other users. I access it through my Smartsheet webpage and click on the folder on the left hand side menu. Then click on the sheet. I have several sheets and this is the only one that shows this. I was able to put in a ticket and I am waiting for a response.

Unfortunately it sounds like a bug that we are going to have to wait on support to figure out.
