#BLOCKED

Im trying to link some cells between sheets and keep getting this error. Can someone explain what it means? Cell shows up at #BLOCKED.

#BLOCKED indicates a cell your are referencing contains an error. Check the cells you are referencing for an error which will be more description of the problem.
