Can a notification be sent when a new grid is created?

We have a template to track specific assets. Can a notification be sent each time the template is used to create a new grid?

If you are OK with having a row for automation at the top of your template, you can create an automation to notify the person specified in the row at some time in a day, say at noon, just once.😀
Then, you will get a notification within a day.
Workflow example:
