Pre-Intake Sheet / Move Rows to Intake Sheet / Ongoing updates to both sheets automatically?

Hey there,
I'm wondering if someone can help me.
I am looking to have a 'pre-intake sheet' before my project is provisioned in the intake sheet using control center.
I would like the data that the pre-intake sheet collects to automatically copy across (Copy row automation) to the intake sheet in a new row plus update when data changes in the pre-intake sheet. Only downstream data changes allowed.
I have heard there might be a way with a mix of index/collect formulas?
I do not have data shuttle or other programs to help in this situation.
Thanks in advance!
Andrew.

I hope you're well and safe!
You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.
To connect them row by row, you could use an Autonumber Column in the Source sheet and add a so-called helper column to manually add the row ID on as many rows as you need in the Destination sheet.
Make sense?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
