Automation to Change Cell Value Creating Duplicate Row
Hello,
I am trying to figure out why my automation is creating a duplicate row instead of just changing the cell value.
When someone submits a form and selects the Extra Large Cuff size, we need an additional row added to also have the standard size, as they are two separate SKUs but both need to be ordered. So when Extra Large Cuff is selected it copies over to a sheet, and this sheet is then supposed to change the cell value to standard and copy back over to the master sheet, however, rather than just changing the cell value it is creating a duplicate row with the changed value and copying both rows back to the master sheet.
I have included screenshots below of the automations and the duplicate row it creates.

Can you use Move instead of copy on the 2nd sheet to move it back or do you need it to stay on the 2nd sheet?
Can you combine the actions into one workflow based on conditions? So "if this is extra large.. do this and if standard do this... "
