When a form is submitted I want to add 3 children task underneath each request

How can I achieve when a request is submitted I want to add 3 children task underneath it. so that when ever the request is submitted I have predefined user task(repetetive same)task that needs to be completed

I would be curious to know as well.

Last time I looked into it, I had to submit it as an idea. Being a EAP member, I have yet to see or hear about anything released that involves adding multiple rows when a form is submitted. Let alone a hierarchy, which might be a whole step further.

Currently, Bridge might be required to get closer to your goal. I don't use Bridge, but I know it can operate active procedures as changes are being made around the account.

We do have Bridge, creating a child underneath a parent is tricky. I'm also not able to find documentation on the reference.
