Issue loading on a Macbook?

Anyone have any issues loading a smartsheet while on a Mac? Have a user trying to access a sheet and it just goes to loading and that's it. Tried Safari and Chrome no luck. Tried to clear cache, private tabs, and checking all the security settings. Still no luck. Looked online and I see it's happened to a few others but no real solutions to it.

    I hope you're well and safe!

    Strange! I'm on Mac and haven't had any issues.

    Have you also tested the browsers in Private/Incognito mode?

    You can also test it in the Smartsheet App.

    If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

    Did that make any difference?

    yes, it's strange as we have some other users on Macs that have no issues. Same OS version and same browser versions. This is the second user that has the issue so was wondering if there's a setting that's off on their browser or something.

    Will submit a ticket with Smartsheet. thank you for the reply!
