One year from date Calculation

Hi,

I am using the below formula to calculate 1 year from the date in another cell. It is working in every column except two. In two columns I am getting error #invalid column value.

=[HH-Rigger / Signalperson]@row + 365

Any thoughts on why it is not working in these two columns?

Are the two columns that it fails in set as Date Column Type?
