I have a simple formula to calculate the number of days between a date and today.
But getting an error. Any ideas?

Formula looks good @Umesh Shah
Have you set "Workdays Since CW" to be a "Date" column type? It should be "Text/Number", as the result of the formula is just a number, not a date. If you set it as a Date it will expect a date to be returned and your formula will not do that.
