Facebook Lead Forms into Smartsheet

I was just on Facebook's support page and they said they integrate with Smartsheet. I'm looking for the solution to be able to import new leads from Facebook Ad Form Submissions. Is there a way to do this directly with Smartsheet or do I need a third party such as Zapier?
