New to Control Center - cannot login

New to Smartsheet - looking to utilize control center. signed for Business account. Navigate to launcher - click on control center. launches - prompted for login. system states "you do not have access". I hold the sole account, no other licenses issues. no credentials put in either, only the login button. help?

Smartsheet Control Center is a premium app with its own license. You need to acquire a license for it.
