Is there a way to include multiple project within a project tracking & rollup dashboard?

Hello,

Yes, this can be done multiple ways.

1.) Through using features such as cell-linking and formulas using cross sheet references.

2.) Using Control Center.

I would recommend starting with taking some courses through Smartsheet University to get acquainted with the basic functionalities available and how to use them.
