Is there a template for an interview scoring rubric? Cannot find when I log in to SmartSheet. We will have multiple people interviewing candidates and we need to compile all of their scores in one place and then calculate totals.

I would set up two sheets. One that has each interviewee listed only once. Then another sheet that contains each of the scoring options that the interviewers can use a form to fill out.

On the first sheet, you can use formulas with cross sheet references such as SUMIFS to calculate total scores for each section by adding up the appropriate section from each interviewer's submission.
