COUNTIF and CONTAINS function
Looking for help as to why the below formula isnt working:
=COUNTIFS({Intake - Project Customer Satisfaction Sur Range 7}, "Professional Services", {Intake - Project Customer Satisfaction Sur Range 6}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell))

Actually no error, just "0" but that's incorrect

Normally when a cross sheet formula isn't doing as expected especially something as straightforward as yours I would check that the ranges are correctly assigned.
So i would check that the two ranges:
{Intake - Project Customer Satisfaction Sur Range 7}
{Intake - Project Customer Satisfaction Sur Range 6}
are highlighted / selected correctly as sometimes when selecting ranges cross sheet the selection doesn't lock in correctly.
If that's not the issue, I would then check that the criteria are correct and the columns are correctly formatted.
