Hello all, I need help we are having some issues with Smartsheet - editors are like commenters

we cannot login automatically, its taking Smartsheet so long to upload, and the worse thing is that the parent line are not working correctly so there is sheets that are so misunderstood.

I need help ASAP

Can you post screen captures of what you are referring to, regarding your sheet and the Parent rows? (But block out sensitive data)

For sharing permissions, please double check what sharing level was granted to your collaborators. Have they been given Editor access, or Commenter? Here's a chart that can help identify what actions your collaborators should be able to take:
