Converting Sheet Summary Metrics to be used on Dashboard

What's the best way to convert sheet summary metrics into data that can be visualized on a dashboard?

It depends on what you mean by visualized. If you just want the metrics themselves you can pull them directly off the sheet summary by adding in a Metric Widget. If you would prefer to have them in a chart type, you can build a report off sheet summary data and visualize it from the report.
