Formula to Count Each Row
Hello,
I am trying to count each row within the sheet. I have an auto-number column that counts each order, but I need to count each row to have a unique identifier for data shuttle from box. I have an auto-number column which is the Order Number column. I added in the helper column for the order number helper, and that just simply copies the order number without the auto-number. I cannot get the Master Order Number to calculate in sequential order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.
Please see the screen shots below.

Which column is the system generated auto-number column?
-
Hi Paul, It is the Order Number column.
-
It should not have duplicates in it if it is a system generated Auto-number column.
-
I am not sure why it was in there three times, however it does duplicate if it is the same member. So for instance if there if a form submitted for an XL blood pressure cuff, the sheet is set to duplicate the row and create a row for a standard size cuff since they both need to be ordered for someone with an XL cuff so the member information is duplicated, therefore the Order Number is duplicated.
How do I just get it to count down the row?

Are you bringing these rows in via copy or move row automation or something from somewhere else? The system generated Auto-Number column should never duplicate data.

@Paul Newcome they are being brought in by copy

@Paul Newcome is there a way for me to just be able to count down each row?
-
Not without something unique on every row.
