I want to nominate a Smartsheet employee I met yesterday while at the Smartsheet User Group meeting in Waltham, MA. At the end of the meeting, during the "networking" time, Dylan Owens stopped at my table and began chatting me up. We had a great conversation (I may have talked her ear off!). We talked about some of the sheets my team had created, and Dylan gave me some great suggestions to take back. I felt very welcomed by her, and I would love to recognize her. 😊

I nominate @Krebolledo. She is not afraid to just jump in and go for it, and learn along the way. Her creativity and logical mind really help us design our Smartsheets and other work processes so they are functional and efficient, helping us all perform at our best!

I would like to nominate @Jennessa Streicher for the Peak Human badge. Jennessa joined our team and quickly immersed herself in learning all about Smartsheet and how it could help us make our processes easier! She has implemented a number of process improvements through utilizing Smartsheet to help us save time, error-proofs, visualize data, and eliminate unnecessary steps.

I would like to nominate @Lisa Fridland because everything she does in her life, she does it at peak human. She also brought me into Smartsheet world in 2020 and had faith in me to learn a tool I have never heard about. She is an innovative business leader with strong technical skills and the best sense of humor!

I nominate @Rich Coles for helping get folks together who are looking to Give-for-Good and organizing the Armed Forces Leavers program to help military veterans in the UK (and hopefully elsewhere soon!). I also nominate @Michelle Basson for her inspirational work and motivation to help others - including those seeking work in the Smartsheet-osphere! I have a nomination for @Kyle Chipman whose energy for making contributions to others is simply infectious when it comes to applying Smartsheet (and process skills in general) to causes and objectives! These folks are excellent examples of Peak Humans that I am touched by daily!
