I am creating a customer feedback form, the first sheet will be used to capture the customer information, the second sheet has the customer feedback information. In the 2nd sheet I need some information from the first sheet, but I don't know how to pull the data from the first sheet. I've tried inserting a link from the first sheet, but I don't know how to do this on the entire column so that when a new survey is completed, it looks to that data in the first sheet. Any thoughts?

Do both sheets have a column in common such as customer email?

If so, is the intention to pull some columns for a particular customer's row in sheet 1 into their row in sheet 2?

If that is correct, you could use an INDEX and MATCH formula.
