Restricted dropdown list - multiselect with limit

Hello,

When we have restricted dropdown list with multi-select option, is it possible to restrict the selection to how many can be selected from the list?

Example: select any 3 from the dropdown list of: January, February, March, April, May, June, July

The user should be limited to selecting only 3 from the list.

To my knowledge, we can only have 1 or multi-select (as many as in the dropdown list), limit in multi-select is not directly available as feature in SS.
