Hello,

I have tried to calculate our NPS score, but am getting either UNPARSEABLE or 0. What am I doing wrong here?

I've tried this formula (NPS Score 1):

And this one (NPS Score 2):

    Thanks Darren,

I've just realised that for some reason the main problem was that the rows didn't consistently have content in them. As soon as i filled in the blanks, the NPS result came to life.

Based on that, it looks like you can still keep the " " in.

    Appreciate your help, thank you

P.S. NPS Score 2 worked - NPS Score 1 is still UNPARSEABLE.

@GWOOD02 since you are using numerical values as your criteria don't put them in quotes just use <7 not "<7" same for your other criterion for >8.
