Row Urls no longer navigating to rows

Does anyone else have an issue with row Urls no longer working? The option to navigate to rows from notifications or the Row Links we've been inserting via the API over the last 7 years no longer navigate to the row. The issue can be seen in the Gif attached where the navigational process seems to be interrupted and replaced with "legacy=true" as shown in the address bar.

Thanks for the test. Smartsheet support has responded saying that it's a widespread issue with numerous users being affected and is being looked into. It's a positive sign that not everyone is affected,
