Note that after reinstalling the app, the same error message happened.

Thank you for reporting this behaviour! Our engineering team is currently investigating this.
In the meantime, selecting OK on the warning message should allow you to access the MacOS desktop app as normal.
This currently only affects the MacOS desktop app; accessing Smartsheet via an internet browser should work without an issue.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thanks.

I'm getting the same error. Clicking OK doesn't allow me to proceed. I'm left with an empty white window. I'll have to switch to the browser version.
I haven't tried reinstalling, but based on the message above, it doesn't seem to resolve it.

I gave it a retest now 5 hours later and it's working for me again. I'm still getting the same dialog, but hitting OK allows me to proceed and bring my schedules up.
