Which formula should I use?

I'm trying to calculate the total of an item in a column. However I then wish the formula to only calculate of that total those figures which meet a criteria of another column.

So for instance Total how many Pens in a column, which are labeled red in another column.

Probably really easy, but new to Smartsheet's. Thanks for any help.

Here you go. =SUMIFS(ItemColumn, ColorColumn, "Red")

adjust the column names if you have to.
