How to change account Credentials

How do I Riana this account user change my account credentials to another username and password. I am not using this account, but my college is using this account with my credentials. Can you please assist me in how to go forward by changing my account credentials to another users' credentials.

Hi @Riana,

You can edit details like your Username, Email, and Password by clicking on your User Icon in the top right corner of the browser window and going to Account & Privacy Settings. Please note that there can be restrictions to this if you are on an enterprise account where you have been granted a license. In that case you may have a different process, internal to your organization, in order to make these changes.

You can export a sheet to excel or a PDF from the menu at the top:

Or you can use Row Data to populate a fillable PDF using Document Builder:

Do appreciate your assistance I did navigate as you instructed me to and I did resolve the password issue, but to change the Username and Email address I then get a massage that says the Email address that my college whom my Email address must changed to is already associated with another Smartsheet account, so it cannot be added to this account can also not be changed. How do I see whom the account is that my colleges Email address is associated to?

Thank you and do appreciate your assistance on our previous matters. I could resolve a lot of my issues I had. On another matter may you please assist me in Is there any way we can edit the format / layout that appears on the body of an email when we share Form link with peers as a request for submissions, but when the submitter submits the form the format on the replied email from Smartsheet it eliminates information and compressed the wording in the mail. Also when creating the form the form elements such as the Heading and Description disappears after submissions is submitted on the replied email from Smartsheet.
