Is there a way to send automated reports to recipient group emails?

I am getting queries from clients that they do not receive group emails on the automated reports. Is anybody facing the same issue and is there a way around this?

Have you worked through the steps in this article: Issue: Email not received from Smartsheet

Can you clarify if they're receiving other alerts from Smartsheet, just not the ones from a Report?
