How does my manager transfer ownership of a sheet to me?

Hi,

My manager and I work in the same department. There's an sheet that I work on along with my team and she wants to transfer ownership of the sheet to me but keeps getting an error message: "This user cannot accept ownership at this time. Please retain your ownership or select a different user."

You may have already looked into this, but if not, consider checking the type of account you have. Smartsheet plans vary, and there could be restrictions on the number of sheets owned, so it's worth starting there :)
