Hello, everyone. This is a first-time poster here.

I am using the Document Builder function. However, I keep getting a popup error message. So, the question is:

I select a row and click on Document Builder. Am I doing something wrong, or is SmartSheet having issues now?

Do you mean generate document? It should bring up a mapping page.

Yes, that is the process I am going through. But, when I click on the Mapping it Faults out with the error as I posted above. I did not know if this was a cookies issue are what.

Okay, this is definitely a laptop issue; it fails with both Chrome and edge. However, it works from my Surface Go.

Anyone have any suggestions on to track that down?

This is a permissions and browser control issue.
