Please help

Smartsheet is not accepting someone with a hyphenated name in their email. For example: first.last-last@hhhhhh.org

is there a way for this persons email to work? or does smartsheet not accept hyphens?

Our organization has many users with hyphens in their names as well as their email addresses. Never had a problem setting one up. Can you share a screenshot of your issue?
