Is there a way to display all product feedback (i.e. enhancement requests) I have submitted?

If so, could you please email the link for that?

If not, it would be nice to have in a future release.

Here in the Community you can see your top 5 Idea submissions and the top 5 posts you've voted on from the general Ideas & Feature Requests page (Header Navigation > Topics > Ideas & Feature Requests).

If you've posted more than 5 Ideas, you can find these from your profile mixed in with your other discussions and comments:

Thanks for clarifying! No, there currently isn't a way to see your past submissions, unless you sent a copy of the form to yourself:

This way the submission would be in your inbox and you could collect them in a specific folder to keep track.
