Trouble logging into Smartsheet
Hi. We have a new employee that has trouble logging into Smartsheet. It is requesting her to create a password.
Generally for all employees it gives us to log in through our merged Google account. But in the case of our new employee she does not see the option to log in via Google.
Please help.

If this is the first time your new employee has accessed Smartsheet, they'll create a one-time password to access the account and then accept/decline the invitation to be a part of your company's plan. Here's more information: Be aware of new Smartsheet invitation email experience
