Hello I'm looking for Sum if formulas that meet my criteria

Signed Cert is Yes and Total over/under budget is in black (positive)

Signed Cert is Yes and Total over/under budget is in red (negative) (not shown in example below)

Signed Cert is No and Total over/under budget is in red (negative)

Is this what you had in mind?

Try something like this.

=SUMIFS([Total over/under budget]@row, [Signed Company Cert]@row, "Yes", [Total over/under budget]@row,

=SUMIFS([Total over/under budget]@row, [Signed Company Cert]@row, "Yes", [Total over/under budget]@row, <0)

=SUMIFS([Total over/under budget]@row, [Signed Company Cert]@row, "No", [Total over/under budget]@row, <0)
