How do I get a list of all the sheets that are moving rows to a destination sheet?

I have columns in a sheet that I am constantly deleting because rows are still being move to that sheet from mutiple sheets that have the deleted columns. I have tried deleting the columns from those sheets but they continue to populate onto the destination sheet.

My question is, can we see which sheets have automations that move rows to the destination sheet?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
