Can I connect a Dynamic view to Power BI?

Looking to connect a dynamic view of HR dataset to a Power BI dashboard pulling information from multiple other sources.

PowerBI connects to sheets. Dynamic View is a premium app. PowerBI does not connect to Smarsheet's premium apps.
