Where can I find instructions on how to use the "Project Portfolio with Resource Mgmt" template?

Where can I find instruction on how to use the "Project Portfolio with Resource Mgmt" Template? Smartsheet used to have really good videos, instructions attached to the templates but they do not anymore.

I'm stuck trying to figure out what feeds into what, what certain icons mean, etc.

Help! :)
