How do you change a duration calculation to reflect hours and minutes rather than days?

I am trying to calculate the amount of time I spend on calls by referencing another column from a different sheet. Essentially, providing a sum of the total number of hours, minutes, and seconds I spend talking on the phone with different organizations. When I do this though, even when I change the column type for the end calculation to duration, the result always appears in days:

That number doesn't really mean anything in increments of a day, I want it displayed as hours, minutes, and seconds. Does anyone know how to do this?

I don't believe you can manipulate the Duration column. You can however create your own column to do what you need by using the Time function. You can see more on that here: https://help.smartsheet.com/function/time.
