Blocking a cell

Hi

I am trying to block cells in a row so they cant be checked before the preceding cell is checked

I have done conditional formatting to basically "white out the Cell' But you can still see the checkbox and can still check it

any ideas? - so all columns need to be blocked until the Drafted column is Checked

You can add punctuation in each cell and then have a workflow that removes it and makes the checkbox visible when the others are checked.

I am well ;-)

So have added a . to my proceeding cell - and done a Clear cell workflow - which works fine while the Draft cell is unchecked - when I check the draft cell - the next cell opens up with . and not the check box

any ideas?

So the unchecked work flow is working with a punctuation but I cant get change the cell to a check box when drafted is checked
