Leave the sheet at row i.e 3000 for the next time its opened

Id like to be able to open the sheet at row ie. 3000 the next time its opened. (When i close the sheet at row 3000, id like the next time i log in, to go straight to row 3000.

Is this possible?

Not looking for fancy filters or having to press buttons.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now without a workaround, but it's an excellent idea!
