Tracking Multiple projects on one sheet

I would like to have sight of all current projects on one sheet, not multiple sheets, is there a way of doing this with a template ?

You could use a standard Project Plan and Indent all the tasks per projects. So basically consider the parent to all tasks be the project.
Before you do that though, have you tried out a grouped report? Create a report, add all your project sheets as sources to the report and then group the report by sheet name. That might be the view you are looking for while still allowing project specific people to be shared to the individual sheets.
