User Purchased License to Edit My Sheet but Still Cannot Edit

Hi. A collaborator at my company (Coder) just purchased a license to collaborate (edit) a worksheet with me. She's still only being given edit permission, even after granting her editor or admin. We only bought her licenses after I bought mine, which then prevented her from editing. This seems to have been much easier when we both had free licenses. Please help.
