Alerting Non-Admins to New Users?
Is there a way for Smartsheet to generate an automatic email to a licensed user (who is not a system admin) when a new licensed user signs up/accepts the invitation?
We have a few forms with a requester or stakeholder field that are limited to internal staff. Because we want to limit it, the contact list columns are set to “restrict to list values only.” So they’re manually updated each time a new user is signed up.
A few of those forms are managed by people who aren’t system admins, so they don’t get the email saying “a user has accepted your invitation.” Is there any way for them to get a similar email that wouldn’t required me to set off some sort of trigger?

Only System Admins can manage users in an account, so they're the ones that receive the alerts regarding licenses. There isn't a direct way to subscribe non-System Admins to those types of alerts.
Depending on what email provider you use, could you set up your system to auto-forward any emails that contain the alert phrasing to these form managers?
