Alerting Non-Admins to New Users?
Is there a way for Smartsheet to generate an automatic email to a licensed user (who is not a system admin) when a new licensed user signs up/accepts the invitation?
We have a few forms with a requester or stakeholder field that are limited to internal staff. Because we want to limit it, the contact list columns are set to “restrict to list values only.” So they’re manually updated each time a new user is signed up.
A few of those forms are managed by people who aren’t system admins, so they don’t get the email saying “a user has accepted your invitation.” Is there any way for them to get a similar email that wouldn’t required me to set off some sort of trigger?
