Is there a way to "cap" the days on a sheet?
I've built a sheet that calculates the days since last event. I display this on a dashboard in chart form. However, I don't want the days to just keep increasing indefinitely. Is there a formula or a way to "cap" the days, for example ">365".

Are you able to provide some screenshots and more details for context? We should be able to use a MIN function, but it is hard to say for sure without digging in a bit more.

You can use IF() to limit the days. For example, IF( *** <= 365, ***, 365)
IF(NETDAYS(end_date@row, TODAY()) <= 365, NETDAYS(end_date@row, TODAY()), 365)
