How can I tell if other sheets refer to a field in a legacy sheet?

Confusing question. Scenario. We have a legacy sheet that has grown over time with fields for various reasons. Some of those fields we know about and will retain. Others, we wonder: Are there other sheets/formulas/reports reaching into our legacy sheet and using one or more of the questionable fields? Is there a way to tell this?
