How do add specific names to match the drop down list in column "Received By")

=IF([Received By:]@row > 0, 1, 0)

If there is a value entered then it checks the boolean, but I want if the value entered matches the drop down list from Column "Received By:" then to check the boolean.

I would do the following instead =IF(ISBLANK([Received By]@row),0,1)

That makes it say #UNPARSEABLE

Try something like this in the checkbox column.

=IF(Received@row <> "", IF(Received@row = [Received By:]@row, 1))

One thing to make sure you're doing when building a formula is clicking on a cell to reference it.

This will auto-populate the column name into the formula so you don't need to type it in! The reason your previous version says Unparseable is because the column name being referenced doesn't exist in your sheet.

You have this typed: [Received By]

But the column in your sheet is titled "Received By:" with a colon afterwards. You'll need the text [in these] to match your column name letter-for-letter, like so [Received By:]

Does that make sense?
