Can't see the Dynamic View menu option on Sheet

I can see the Dynamic View menu option on top of the Sheet. Other users cannot. Do you know why? They only see File, Automation, Forms, and Connections. And what must they do to see it as well?

It may be that the administrator of your organization has not enabled the dynamic view premium app for them. You can create a dashboard with the dynamic view embedded on it so they can easily get access to the contents.

That might also be an EAP feature (I'm not completely sure).

@SteyJ Thanks, but they have access to the app otherwise. They can see it in the launcher menu. They have also logged into Dynamic View from the link https://dynamicview.smartsheet.com/.

The only issue is that they cannot see the menu option at the top of their Sheet.

You can try verifying if they are on the Early Adopters Program. If I recall correctly, the dynamic view link at the top is a new feature and may still be in testing.

Are these users Licensed on your specific plan? Only Licensed users on specific plan types will see Dynamic View from the toolbar menu at the top.

I am unable to view the Dynamic View on top of my screen either. I am a licensed user, and have access to the app? Others in my organization do see Dynamic View on the same pages i have, just not me?

If you're licensed on your plan, I would check a few things:

• What are your sharing permissions on the sheet?
• What happens if you access the sheet from an incognito browser window, or different browser?
• Ask your System Admin to see if Dynamic View is toggled on for your account
